About
Andrew Joseph Kane is a writer, teacher, and performer. His short fiction has been published in journals housed by the Universities of Chicago, Denver, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina Greensboro, North Carolina Pembroke, and Tennessee, as well as Georgia College, Johns Hopkins, Vassar, and elsewhere. He has also won and lost awards as a professional actor, songwriter, musician, casting director, and produced playwright. He currently teaches English in a secondary school and is a member of the resident ensemble at People's Light, a professional theatre company near Philadelphia. He holds a BA from DeSales University and an MFA from The Program for Writers at Warren Wilson College.
